1. Statutory compliance monitoring at project sites. Monitoring Labour laws compliance for projects on a regular basis 2. Highlight the issues if any to the Management regularly 3. Adherence to Statutory compliance provisions. 4. Ensuring maintenance of all registers, records and submission of half/yearly returns of all contractors as well as Principal employer at a given projects on or before the due dates 5. Preparation of monthly MIS reports and EC reports on pending issues 6. Implementing compliance system at new projects: Engaging compliance resource and implementing compliance system 7. Advise the project team on queries/issues if any and resolve the issues/implementation of new laws 8. Conduct service providers meet once in quarter and as when required with vendors 9.
