2026 Summer Admin Intern

General Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities, ensuring the highest degree of quality care can be provided to residents at all times.

Essential Duties

• Oversee quality care and analyze the entire operation of the nursing facility.
• Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility.
• Monitor census on a daily basis.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities in accordance with guidelines issued by the governing board.
• Comply with and develop reporting on budget projections, revenue, and expenses; ensure budget conformance.
