**Job Title: Welder and Fabricator**

**Essential Skills**

+ At least 2 years of MIG welding experience on mild steel.
+ Proficiency in MIG welding for fabrication of tubing, angle, plate, and sheet metal.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately.
+ Experience with layout and fitting of parts based on drawings and specifications.
+ Hands-on experience in fabrication, including cutting, grinding, bending, fitting, and polishing metal.
+ Ability to set up and operate MIG welding equipment.
+ Experience operating a forklift for material handling.
+ Ability to use or learn to use an overhead crane safely.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision in fabrication work.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
