**1ST SHIFT MIG/TIG WELDING ROLE!**

**Standard schedule is Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 a.m., with current shifts running approximately 11–12 hours and frequent overtime extending the day to around 4:30–5:30 p.m.**
**Pay: $20-$25/hr**
**Essential Skills**
+ Solid TIG welding experience in a custom fabrication environment, with at least 2 or more years of hands-on welding preferred.
+ Proven ability to weld thin-gauge sheet metal, particularly 16 to 14 gauge materials.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings for layout and welding tasks.
+ Strong tape measure skills and the ability to perform accurate measurements and layouts.
+ Experience with thin-gauge metal fabricating, including ductwork and related sheet metal products.
+ Comfort working with carbon steel and, when needed, stainless steel materials.
