As a Paint helper, you will be part of the production team supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Lynwood, CA

**Schedule: M-F** (saturdays as needed - 6am-2:30pm + OT)

**Pay Range: $18-20**

+ Mix and measure paint per specifications, ensuring accuracy before application.
+ Clean parts according to specifications and paint them according to required thickness.
+ Conduct post-paint inspections to ensure parts meet appearance and coverage standards.
