**Job Title: Maintenance Tech - 1st shift - $28 to $35 an hour**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the facility. You will diagnose faults, repair and install mechanical components, and support continuous improvement of maintenance practices in a dynamic environment that includes both shop and field work.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial equipment and components, including pumps, motors, bearings, belts, drives, chains, fasteners, hydraulics, pneumatics, gaskets, conveyors, gearboxes and packaging machinery.
+ Diagnose mechanical and system faults, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
