1st Line IT Support Technician - Fast-Paced Helpdesk

Gilmartins is looking for a proactive and organized 1st Line IT Support Technician based in Houghton Regis, England. You will be the first point of contact for employees, specifically supporting our fast-paced Call Centre operations.

This office-based role involves managing IT tickets, user lifecycle management, and hardware configuration. Basic networking knowledge and experience with Windows troubleshooting are required. Training will be provided for further skills development.
