- Assisted patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitored and recorded vital signs, reporting any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team.
- Assisted nurses with basic patient care and clinical procedures.
- Maintained cleanliness and comfort of patient rooms and care areas.
- Supported safe patient transfers and mobility using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Assisted with feeding, hydration, and toileting while promoting patient dignity and independence.
- Documented patient observations and completed assigned care tasks accurately.
- Adhered to infection control, workplace safety, and patient care protocols while working as part of the healthcare team.
