Job Responsibilities
- Assess and process Personal Accident (PA) claims accurately and within service turnaround times.
- Review medical reports, financial documents and supporting claim information to make fair and accurate claim decisions.
- Conduct claim investigations and liaise with policyholders, medical institutions and internal stakeholders to obtain additional information.
- Monitor pending claims to ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Identify claim trends, irregularities and process improvement opportunities.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear and professional communication with customers, agents and healthcare providers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and claims governance standards.
- Degree in any discipline with a professional Insurance Certificate or relevant qualification in Insurance.
