Job Description

New Directions Education are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Winsford. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing tailored support to children and helping them to access learning in a positive and inclusive school environment.

The schools we work with are welcoming and supportive, with a strong focus on inclusion and pupil wellbeing. You will play a key role in helping individual pupils build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their full potential.

Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.

Due to the location of some schools, a full driving licence and access to transport would be beneficial.
