About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive 1:1 Support Staff member to work across welcoming primary schools in Leeds .

In this role, you will provide tailored, consistent support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) , helping them access learning, build confidence, and thrive both academically and emotionally in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, SEMH)
• Support academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development
• Implement tailored strategies and interventions under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
• Use positive, calm and consistent behaviour management approaches
