On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare in Wilmington is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Vent and Trach experience preferred. Day and Night Shifts Available!
