Responsibilities
- Manual testing: COD (Hach), TOC, turbidity, pH, conductivity, FIA for Phenol, FTIR for oil and grease in wastewater, BOD, SOUR, OUR test
- Odor sample Handling: involves handling certain samples, such as Sour Water with high levels of H₂S and ammonia, which may produce strong odors.
- Lab management:
- Chemical and inventory management (e.g., purchasing and stock tracking)
- General lab housekeeping and upkeep
- Maintain Lab SOP and safety standards and ensure all users of the lab adhere to the safety protocols.
- Able to commit Mon-Fri 8.15am-5.00pm
- Diploma in Chemistry-related course
