Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer’s enquiries from digital platforms and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer's enquiries and complaints.
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in contact centres, handling voice and/or non-voice channels
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently while being a cohesive team member
