Senior Contracts Manager

• Singapore Based (Changi)
• Project contract based (Estimated complete in 2027)
• 5.5 Days work per week (8.am to 5pm, alternate Saturday full days)
• Salary: $8000 to $12000 (depends on experience)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field. Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.
