RESPONSIBILITIES: Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements aligned to product vision Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items Facilitate workshops, requirement refinement, and backlog grooming Ensure alignment between business goals, architecture, and implementation Support Product Owner in prioritisation and backlog management Act as the interface between stakeholders and DevOps teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies impacting delivery Ensure end-to-end delivery ownership within the DevOps team Align with Product Owners, Architects, and global stakeholders Contribute to Communities of Practice (CoPs) and knowledge sharing Maintain and improve documentation (e.g., Confluence) Ensure adherence to BMW governance, compliance, and AWM standards QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Agile Master Business Analyst Submit your CV to:
