**About the role**

The Branch Manager II is responsible for building and executing business plans designed to expand the market share by building on existing relationships and growing the bottom line. This can include oversight of a single Branch operation, multiple Branches, or Branch and remote Onsite location. May lead or partner with Market Development Manager (MDM) for market sales plans, recruitment strategies, Branch budget, Profit & Loss (P&L) management, and cost control. This role involves recruiting, training, managing, and developing top talent in their Branch team and delivering top-notch customer service to candidates and clients.
