This is a unique 'Player-Coach' role designed for a top‑tier outbound professional who wants to retain their sharp prospecting edge while stepping into operational leadership. You will manage a team of three outbound SDRs, ensuring a consistent, balanced pipeline velocity into our core public and private sector profiles using premium tools like Cognism and HubSpot Sales Sequences.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Player element (50% Outbound Execution): Lead by example by managing your own high-value outbound territory. Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calling, targeted social selling, and tailored email sequences) to secure highly qualified discovery.
