ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Headcount & Portfolio Management Administrating the Headcount planning related to the sourcing process Collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning and portfolio prioritization. Drive the development and continuous enhancement of frameworks, tools, and dashboards to enable transparent and data-driven decision-making. Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, budget, and delivery within the portfolio. Lead cross-functional forums and workshops to ensure alignment on headcount demand, supply, and portfolio progress.
