The Opportunity:.JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Chromatography Technical Quotation Specialist with fluency in English to join our dynamic team. This role bridges the gap between technical expertise and commercial operations, ensuring accurate and timely quotations for chromatography instruments, consumables, and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid background in analytical chemistry, and the ability to support clients across global markets.MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)Prepare and manage technical quotations for chromatography workflow products portfolio (U/HPLC GC, AAA, Spectrophotometers, HPLC/GC Columns, Vials, syringe filters, safety caps etc.)Collaborate with sales, product management, and internal teams to configure solutions based on customer requirementsInterpret technical specifications and translate them into accurate commercial proposalsCommunicate effectively with clients to clarify needs and provide supportMaintain quotation records and ensure compliance with pricing policies and commercial termsProvide pre-sales technical support and respond to client inquiriesStay updated on product developments, pricing changes, and market trendsResponsible for reaching specific targets set for the role and/or for lead generation projects.QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field2+ years of experience in chromatography or technical quotation rolesProficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusFamiliarity with chromatography instruments from vendors such as Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu, etc.Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., C4C, SAP)Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsPREFERRED SKILLS:French and Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
